Design Services
Interior Design Packet:
A hard copy of the Interior Design Packet that we provide to our client’s is printed and bound on 11×17 paper. A digital copy of the finished packet is also provided. We begin our process with a client consultation, where the project goals and overall concept are discussed. Next, we obtain an existing floor plan of the building from the client. If there is not an existing blueprint or floor plan, we conduct a thorough interior site measure. From there, a conceptual layout is created. Once approved by the client, we move into finalizing the floor plans, selecting furniture, and creating a 3D model. The final Interior Design Packet will be presented to the client. Upon client approval of the packet, we then provide a material schedule, furniture and aesthetic lighting schedule, and an aesthetic lighting RCP. The following items are included within the printed packet:

Site Measure and Plan
A member of our team will conduct an exterior site measure on the owner’s property. This measure will include all existing landscaping, approaches, sidewalks, adjacent building proximity, and permanent structures on the property. We then create a dimensioned existing site plan for the client. Both digital and print copies and provided.
Site Measure and Plan Design
A member of our team will conduct an exterior site measure on the owner’s property. This measure will include all existing landscaping, approaches, sidewalks, adjacent building proximity, and permanent structures on the property. We create a dimensioned existing site plan for the client that will be used as the basis for the design of the site. A finalized dimensioned re-design of the site will be provided to the client in both digital and print format.
Interior Site Measure Drawing
A member of our team will conduct an interior site measure. This measure will include all existing walls, doors, stairs, windows, columns, plumbing locations, electrical panel locations, mechanical equipment locations, and permanent structures. We then create a dimensioned existing interior floor plan. Both digital and print copies and provided.
Material and Furniture Selection
We begin our process with a client consultation, where the project goals and overall concept are discussed. Next, we obtain an existing floor plan of the building from the client. If there is not an existing blueprint or floor plan, we conduct a thorough interior site measure. If there are existing furniture pieces the client wishes to utilize in the design, they must be measured at the time of the site measure or later provided by the client. From there, a conceptual layout is created. Once approved by the client, actual furniture will be selected. A Furniture plan, material schedule, and furniture schedule will be provided to the client in both print and digital formats. All furniture must be purchased from Browne Design Consultants.
Dimensioned Furniture Plan
We begin our process with a client consultation, where the project goals and overall concept are discussed. Next, we obtain an existing floor plan of the building from the client. If there is not an existing blueprint or floor plan, we conduct a thorough interior site measure. From there, a conceptual layout is created. A dimensioned floor plan and conceptual furniture plan will be provided to the client in both print and digital formats.
Accessory and Art Selection and Staging
We begin our process with a client consultation, where the project goals and overall concept are discussed. Photographs of the space and necessary measurements will be taken. The Client will provide Browne Design Consultants with a project budget. A member of our team will visit various retail stores, online vendors, and galleries to obtain design accessories and art which will carefully placed withing the space.
3D rendering
First, we obtain an existing floor plan of the building from the client. If there is not an existing blueprint or floor plan, we conduct a thorough interior site measure. A member of our team will photograph the space. A 3D model will be created and placed with either existing or conceptual furniture, lighting, and figures. The client will decide how many renderings are desired.
3D Rendered Video
Utilizing a 3D model of the client’s project, created by Browne Design Consultants, a hyper realistic full-length walk-through or fly-through of the project will be created. The objective of this video is to show how a person would experience the space in real time. The video will include moving parts such as people (walking, biking, driving), wind effects, water effects, natural lighting, and time lapse effects.
Photoshop Renderings
We begin our process with a client consultation, where the project goals and overall concept are discussed. Next, we photograph the client’s project, either interior or exterior depending on the project needs. We utilize photo editing software to add or eliminate design features, change materials, and create an overall conceptual re-design to the client’s project. This service may include items such as landscaping, materials, foreground and background edits, addition of people cars and other objects that create a well composed final render.
